We have been thinking about the space left in the original full interment section of the cemetery in Rectory Lane. On my calculation there are just 10 unreserved plots left and then we will be moving into the extension. The first burials were more than 20 years ago when the cemetery was opened. The "churchyard" is now officially "closed" (apart from those who have existing family graves that can take new interments). You can see the pillars of the original gates to the old churchyard with the 1920s extension to the south of this.
