Teetee arrows

The hunt for elusive Teetee Arrows - TTROs - goes on. When and where will our roads be closed and to what purpose? I don't remember this one (below) being issued on 9 July and I have only became aware  of it becaus  the date has changed. It will means  big doversuion but bnot as bad as when Marston Hill is shut. And assuming they achieve what they are setting out to achieve - "flood alleviation". That has to be in a good cause.

PLERASE NOTE THE CLOSURE DATE IS NOW 27th NOVEMBER to 4th DECEMBER 2013.
