Story today that John Lawson's Circus featuring Clumsy the Clown (wow all those balls in the air!!) has been told to take down posters in Leighton Buzzard by the town council because a woman complained of the frightening "Clown" images - she has clownphobia.
Well, by the windsocks of Cranfield that is probably the worst PCism I've heard recently. Ironically, in Cranfield our problem with circus posters was getting the owner to take them down after the circus has left town.
