See item 6 on the agenda for development managment committee (i.e.planning) next Wednesday at CBC. Central Motors, the big one.This is for 135 houses beyond Flitt Leys Close but the design brief allows for access to a new school as well and the road would also provide access to a new health centre. Meanwhile the road is congested already thanks to the hot food takeaway customers who park any old way. CBC did not consult on the location of the school and they cannot find the paperwork which confirms we were asked and didn't object. Interesting.
