We've been told that crime is generally falling which is good. But other sources recently featured on the national news saying some police would deliberately downgrade reports in order to show a better clear-up rate. Trouble in Cranfield has no way of taking a view on this but here are the latest official figures for the village. They were presented by two PCSOs at the last meeting and we were pleased to see someone coming from the force.
