All aboard for the Western Express

Are you and East West rail Rroute  fan? It makes a  lot of sense as most of our main railways and our main roads simply radiate out from London. So going from say Ipswich to Swindon is a bit of a nightmare. See the latest government consultation document which addresses upgrading railways apart from HS2 which is another story altogether. And would involve lots more rail through the Vale. I dont think this will all come to pass in the blog's life time
