"AS of last Tuesday there is now no plan in place as to how Central Bedfordshire will dispose of its waste.
The Central Bedfordshire Energy and Recycling project (BEaR) was officially closed down this week after members of the authority’s executive decided to abandon any further attempts to proceed to contract with the final two bidders."
