Bricks in our bags?

Central Beds are sending 2 new garden waste bags. Mine disappeared a fortnight ago. I got a heads up on this from Don Allan in parish council. 

He pointed out that since CBC have separated garden waste collection and green waste collection vehicles, the garden waste bags once emptied have nowhere to go. Other than the side of the path where of course they blow away. 

Instead of having the garden waste bags neatly tucked in the green bin they probably blew across Broad Green and are now heading for Northamptonshire depending on the wind.

So what happens next garden waste collection? Do we put bricks in the bottom of our bags?
