Windsock
The windsock at the south end of the runway is back up and 'running' if that is the correct expression for the new design. A patient net search has revealed nothing. Any ideas?

I believe it is an illuminated windsock for night or low-level visibility use.
It might give the odd drunken student, walking back to the village, a fright should they encounter this ghostly apparition glowing in the dark.
