It is three months since Persimmon said they had put an occupant in a property on Home Farm, contrary to planning conditions. In that time Central Beds have said either they are taking legal advice or there are no developments to report.
I am concerned that they have not moved towards enforcement. If there is a legal or practical reason why not I believe they should share that with the residents in Cranfield.
In the mean time I have contacted Central Beds requesting copies of correspondence to and from Persimmon since 2 April under the Freedom of Information Act. We are entitled to know what, if anything, has been done. Or not done.
