Readers will recall that Tuesday last week Central Beds' "T" Force (what does that stand for?) came and litter picked the Salford Road.
But the officer overseeing it seemed unaware that T Force had not done College, Moulsoe or Crawley Roads as requested, when I contacted him. After further engagement he promised they would be out last Tuesday. He emailed this morning 'hoping' it had been done. I then got on the bike and did a tour. None of the roads mentioned have been touched. Someone somewhere is having a laugh. I've asked Cllr Sue Clark to have a look as it clearly needs some elected member involvment to get a result out of Chicksands.
