A very authoritative source tells me that Persimmon and Denison are once again in dialogue to resolve their dispute about land on Home farm. But the key question is whether Central Beds Council are in dialogue with Persimmon about their unlawful occupation of a house on the site without fulfilling their planning obligations (i.e. securing access to Court Road) . We have a stakeholder meeting on 11 june. Hopefully everything will have been regularised by then. Though breath will remain unheld.
