One of our parish councillors reported a car parking on the pavement and blocking buggies, disabled scooters etc to police.

I have traced the owner of the vehicle in the picture and today visited him and given him words of advice regarding parking on the pavement. This vehicle will not be seen parked on the pavement again. If I can help further please do not hesitate to contact me.
